What does "yearly = 2 months free" mean?

Pay yearly and the discount equals two months free: the big number is your effective monthly price (the yearly price divided by 12), and the full monthly price is struck through.

What is "unlimited" — is there really no limit?

Unlimited covers normal use. There is no upper limit on how much you can store. For very large amounts (over 5 TB) we reduce upload speed, while download speed stays the same, so the service works well for everyone.

Where are my files stored?

Your files are currently stored at Green Mountain in Stavanger, Norway (EEA). Your files are stored in Norway or in a country with equal or stricter data-protection law. Your file storage is under Norwegian jurisdiction. Your customer contract with Onlime ApS is governed by Danish law, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. Intercom processes support and communication data for Onlime in a US workspace. FusionAuth Cloud provides sign-in through a US-hosted service, and Google Workspace processes email. These services may process personal data outside the EEA and are separate from file storage. Information and files you send to support are part of support processing. Your files are transferred using TLS and stored with server-side AES-256 encryption.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No commitment. Private customers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases and renewals if you change your mind.
