Please contact us first at support@onlime.app. An eligible consumer complaint may be submitted to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and, if it is not resolved, to Forbrugerklagenævnet. A consumer in another EU country may seek help from the European Consumer Centre network. The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not used.
Onlime is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG).
